Abstract
Chronic urticaria is a disease characterized by urticarial plaque which persists for about six weeks. In the treatment of chronic urticaria antihistamines and corticosteroids are useful but sometimes classic treatment methods may not be effective. In this condition methotrexate administration could be an alternative. In this case report, a patient with chronic urticaria treated with methotrexate is presented.
