We are experiencing a period of epidemic disease that affects the whole world. COVID-19 disease continues its course with the number of cases and deaths that change from place to place. With these features, the COVID 19 epidemic affects the entire society and production processes, and will continue to affect the treatment / vaccine until it is found. In the sectors where production is compulsory, it was necessary to create action plans both to protect the health of employees and to prevent the spread of the epidemic. In terms of the continuity of the work, in the efforts to protect the health of its employees and prevent damage; It is important that the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labor and Family and Health Professional Organizations work together in a coordinated manner. In this article, pandemic management in two different workplaces is discussed.
