The factors affect the antibody answer to recombinant hepatitis B vaccine in hemodialysis patiens

Abstract


22 male. 14 female hemodialysis patients (HP) were included in this study. 20 microgram recombinant Hepatit B vaccine were given at 0. 1st and 6th months in deltoid muscle. The level of anti-HBs, C3, ( 4. Total lg(i were ¡jerjbrmed by ELISA. Total lymphocytes count were jierformed by Techinon IH 0.05. But there was no correlation between weight, sex, anti-HCl' antibody ¡xisitivity, duration of dialysis, abnormal liver functions, C3, ('4, TH lymphoiytes.
