Papillary cystadenoma lymphomatosum, adenotymphoma or with its more frequentty used name, Warthin tumor is an unusuai type of sativary giand tumor which occurs a/most exdusivety in the parotid giand. The most vvideiy accepted histogenesis is from saiivary giand tissue entrapped within paraparotid or intraparotid iymph nodes during embryogenesis. We present a case of this pecuiiar tumor diagnosed in a 20 year oid vvoman in the submandibuiar giand region.
