Nasopharyngeal angiofi broma (NA) is a highly vascular benign tumor that occurs exclusively in adolescent males. Current surgical approaches to NA are predominantly external, and may lead to a number of sequelae. We report our experience with two cases of NA operated on via endoscopic approach and discuss the indications for the endoscopic extirpation and preoperative embolization in the light of the current literature. These two cases have validated endoscopic approach for appropriate lesions.
