Pyoderma gangrenosum associated with ulcerative co/ltls and hyperthyroidism: a case report

Abstract


Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare, destructive inflammatory skin disease in which a painful nodule or pustu/e bteaks down to form a progıessively enlarging ulcer with a raised, tender, undermined border. Lesions maybe sohtary or multiple and present ether in the absence of any appearent underlying disorder or in association wth systemic disease, such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, polyaıtritis or gammopathy. In this case report, a patent wth pyoderma gangrenosum associated wth ulcerative colitis and hyperthyroidism was presented.
