Abstract


 

The activity of natural suppressor (NS) cells of peripheral stem cell (PSC) and bone marrow (BM) products from 24 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) were examined both before and following 5 days co-incubation with IL-2. This study showed that in the PSC products prior to IL-2 incubation, NS activity had been higher than both normal peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) and BM products (p
