A Case With Complex Atrial Isomerism And Left Pectoral Muscles Agenesia

Abstract


 

A 13 month of age boy was diagnosed as left atrial isomerism, complete atrio­ventricular canai defect, systemic and pulmonary venous return abnormalities, unroofed coronary sinus, visceral situs inversus, and absence of left pectoral muscle. Echocardiography and cardiac catheterlsation revealed the muitipi abnormalities and surgery confirmed.
