Objective: This study aims to research the relation between age and lipid peroxidation products (LPP) such as malondialdehyde (MDA) and conjugated dlene (CD).
Method: Total of 195 volunteers were divided into seven groups of decades (19 years old or younger, 20-29 years old, 30-39 years old, 40-49 years old, 50-59 years old, 6069 years old and 70 years old or older). MDA and CD levels of the plasma samples were determined by the methods of tiobarbituric acid (TBA) and Buege, respectively.
