The Relationship Of Atherosclerotic Risk Factors Of Having Helicobacter Pylori Seropositiv With In The Patients Who Had Acute Myocard Infarctus

Abstract


 

Objective : We had a group of 170 patients of which 85 had acute myocard infarction dignosed with the typical angina pectoris, anamnez, EKG sings, and cardiac enzyme analysis, and 85 healthy people without cardiac problems as the control group.

Methods: After the grouping as age and social status, the detection of Helicobacter pylori specific Ig G antibody were studied with the Meddens kit (Meddens Diognostics Brummen, The Netherlands)by using the metods of ELISA.

Results : In the population without ulcer, the prevalance of H pylori Ig G % 60,6. This was % 61,2 in CHD (Coroner Heart Disease), % 60 in control group. In male despite to female (prevalance; male % 75, female % 55)was higher but statistically it wasn’t found significant (p>0,05). The prevalance increased by the age, between 40-49 a pick of % 66 could be observed. Sedimentation rate was the only significant relation between Helicobacter pylori specific Ig G and risk factors (p
