Abstract

Angioma serpiginosum (AS) is a rare vascular disorder caused by ectatic dilatation of capillaries in the papillary

dermis. The condition occurs almost exclusively on the lower limbs or buttocks of females and manifests itself in

grouped erythematous punctuate lesions. Histopathological examination revealed multiple areas of dilated

capillaries in the dermal papillae and superficial dermis. In this article, because of its rare occurrence, we present a

case of AS.
