Giftedness is hardly a developmental behavioral disorder. Children who are cognitively talented apply to pediatricians with perplexing challenges with their families. Diagnosing the gifted children at early ages, knowing the problems of these children and the families and findingsolutions are one of the tasks of pediatricians.
