Abstract
The present study evaluates the anti arthritic efficacy of triterpenoid fraction isolated from Eurphobia. tirucalli. Linn. (TET) in collagen induced arthritis model (CIA). TET at a dose of 100 and 200 mg /kg p.o was tested in CIA induced animals. The degree of inflammation was evaluated by hind paw swelling, arthritic index, body weight and hematological parameters.
