A Chromatography based interaction analysis of two important biomolecules: neurotoxic Amyloid beta oligomers and human blood plasma proteins

A Size exclusion Chromatographic analysis was carried out to study the co-elution pattern as well as the molecular interaction between neurotoxic Amyloid beta oligomers and human blood plasma proteins. The Chromatographic conditions were optimized for better separation of molecules and those conditions further applied for interaction study between the biomolecules. The corresponding fractions were analyzed by SDS-PAGE but no strong interactions was observed except some weak interactions.
