Abstract
Idiopathic tumoral calcinosis is a rare disease with unknown etiology. We report a case of a 40 year old male patient referred from Gazza Stripto King Hussein Medical Center as a case of posterior chest wall mass. The preoperative diagnosis of idiopathic tumoral calcinosis was made by the help of Plain CXR , chest CT-scan and endocrinal evaluation. The patient did well after almost complete excision of this benign tumor. In this case report we discuss the clinical presentation, investigations and management of this rare condition.
