Abstract
We report a case of chronic otitis media which presented late with intracranial complication in a patient with underlying poorly controlled diabetis and end stage renal disease. He presented with right ear purulent discharge associated with vomiting and altered sensorium. He was diagnosed to have chronic suppurative otitis media with meningitis and otitic hydrocephalus. He was treated systemic intravenous antibiotics but did not respond.
