Wisdom of nature: Cardiovascular, anti-obesity, and immunomodulator nutraceuticals

Abstract

This article comprehensively describes the nutraceutical potential of active compounds found in natural products, with a focus on their effects on cardiovascular health, obesity management, and immune response modulation. These compounds, derived from medicinal plants and microorganisms, promise to contribute significantly to the development of innovative health therapies. The action mechanisms of these compounds in improving heart function, combating obesity, and modulating the immune response are detailed, providing a scientific basis for potential nutraceutical strategies in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, obesity, and increasing endurance. The clinical implications of these findings stimulate the development of new therapeutic products that may improve the overall well-being of society.
