Cardiovascular diseases are the most significant factors leading to death. This quasi-experimental study was carried out on 28 non athletic men. Subjects were divided into 4 groups. In First group was given the water (400 cc) ,second group whey protein supplementation (50g) , three groups Cheese juice (50g) , forth group was given the milk (400 cc) and immediately after the training. High-density lipoprotein (HDL) its sub fractions HDL2 and HDL3 cholesterol, apolipoprotein M, Gastric inhibitory polypeptide and estradiol were evaluated prior and after training for 12 sessions follow: three sessions in each week. The differences were not significant of GIP and estradiol observed in 4 groups after training in comparison with prier phase. Significant decrease of apolipoprotein M- HDL total cholesterol on resting level were observed in 4 groups and of HDL3 cholesterol with Cheese juice and also whey protein comparison with prior phase (P-value of the order is equal 0.02, 0.001, 0.000 0.015)( 0.01, 0.01). Significant increase of HDL2 cholesterol was observed circuit resistance training group with Cheese juice and also whey protein comparison with prier phase (P-value of the order is equal 0.02, 0.03). This study showed that circuit resistance training positive effects have on the lipid profile changes in untrained young men.
Key words: Lipoprotein, plasma estradiol, apolipoprotein M, untrained young men
