Abstract
We have shown that the serum zinc++ levels were reduced significantly in 56 hypercholestremic patients p250 mg%. Lipotab a Unani coded polypharmaceutical having Nepata hindostana Allium sativum and Curcuma longa as its ingredients was prescribed for 3 months in suitable doses in a follow up study on 13 patients of hypercholestremia with cholesterol level >275 mg%.
