Behcets disease with extracranial carotid artery aneurysm. A report of two cases

Abstract
Behcets disease (BD) is a multisystem chronic inflammatory disease thats characterized by recurrent oral, genital ulcers and eye involvement. Vascular involvement is not uncommon, encountered in 7-29 % of patients, mostly as venous occlusions. We report two cases of extracranial carotid artery aneurysms (ECCA) in behcet disease, which is an extremely rare pathology.
The Patients aged 35 years and 45 years. Both presented as enlarging pulsatile neck mass, and both underwent open surgical repair
