INTRODUCTION: The use of drugs in pregnancy is an area of special concern. Management challenges are heightened in cases of inadvertent intake of drugs and chemicals in pregnancy.
MATERIAL AND METHODS: We describe a three-drug and chemical intake scenario in pregnancy and birth outcome.
CONCLUSION: Efforts must be directed toward preventing unscientific drug and chemical intake and educating women at antenatal clinics.
