Evidence-Based Practice in Nursing: Implementation, Effectiveness, and Strategies for Improved Patient Outcomes

Abstract

Objective: To assess evidence-based practice (EBP), its implementations, effectiveness, and strategies for improved patient outcomes.
Methodology: The review synthesizes recent studies and systematic reviews across various nursing specialties and settings to assess the effectiveness of evidence-based practice.
Results: EBP had positive impacts on patient outcomes, including reduced morbidity and mortality rates, improved patient satisfaction, and enhanced healthcare delivery. We identified barriers to EBP implementation and presents successful strategies for overcoming these challenges.
Conclusion: The study enhances patient outcomes and promotes the delivery of high-quality care in nursing, contributing to the continuous advancement of EBP in healthcare.
