Abstract
Retroperitoneal abscess associated with a posterior perforation of the duodenum due to peptic ulcer disease is extremely rare problem in clinical practice. There are scarce data about its clinical signs and symptoms in the literature. We report a case of retroperitoneal abscess associated with a posterior perforation of the duodenum due to peptic ulcer disease and review the literature.
