Abstract | | | | Frontal lobe syndrome is defined with the Phineas Gage case whose behaviors had changed after injured severely from brain in the 19th century. Until that time, researches about the frontal lobe syndrome is proceeding. There are various symptoms of frontal lobe syndrome and differential diagnosis sometimes could be complex and difficult with the other functional psychiatric disorders as psychotic and affective disorders. In this case; differential diagnosis of patient with frontal lobe syndrome after the brain injury in traffic accident is explained. This case is presented in order to facilitate the differential diagnosis of frontal lobe syndrome emerged after head trauma.
