Tuberous sclerosis is one of the important neurocutaneous syndrome characterized by abnormalities of both the integument and central nervous system. We present here a 4 month male child who had atypical absence spells, hypopigmented skin lesions and CT brain showing subependymal nodules and cortical tubers diagnosed as a case of tuberous sclerosis.

Key words: Tuberous sclerosis, Neurocutaneous syndrome.
