A complete serological evaluation for infective and autoimmune profile was negative. Patient underwent image guided liver biopsy. The core of biopsied liver showed infiltration by nests of round to oval tumor cells with markers consistent with B lymphoblastic leukemia /lymphoma not otherwise specified.
