ABSTRACT
Drug interactions are not very uncommon. Litigations have occurred. Cases happened against doctors manufacturers, and pharmacists. Pharmacists however do not hold any risk unless they fail to follow prescriptions. Cross- Cases by physician against manufacturers have also occurred. This article presents case examples in this connection.
