Objective: To compare the efficacy of Paroxetine with and without L-Methyl folate in patients with major depressive disorder.
Methodology: A total of 160 major depressive disorder patients were divided into two groups with 80 patients in each group. All were treated with Paroxetine 20mg/day with L. methyl folate and without L. methyl folate for 2 months. All were examined clinically, and their demographic and medical history was recorded.
