Abstract

Abstract: Flexor tenolysis involves the resection of all adhesive tissue around the tendon inside and outside the tendon sheath, with preservation of as many pulley s as possible.
Many methods have been described in the literature to do tenolysis all have their pros and cons.
This study seeks to present findings from employing our approach to treat stiff fingers, with a focus on tenolysis of both flexor and extensor tendons in patients using vigorous active movement under local anaesthesia as advised by our main author.
