Abstract | | | | Objective: The breast is an uncommon site of lymphoma, which may occur as either secondary involvement of systemic lymphoma or a primary lesion. The most common subtype of metastatic breast lymphoma is diffuse large B cell lymphoma. While secondary forms are more common, they have a better prognosis than primary lesions. The main objective is to discuss the importance of lymphoma in the differential diagnosis of breast mass lesions.
Case: In this report, the clinical and histopathological findings of diffuse large B cell lymphoma manifesting as a breast mass are presented.
Conclusion: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma should be considered during the diagnostic approach to breast masses.
Key words: Diffuse Large B-Cell lymphoma, breast, metastasis
