In this paper, it is analysed the supports provided to small and medium size enterprises in Turkey. First, it is examined the different definitions, properties and problems of smail and medium size enterprises. Then, the general structure, properties and supports provided to smail and medium size enterprises in Turkey are examined. Finally, it is discussed the problems of small and medium size enterprises in Turkey and sugestions are given for the solutions of these problems.
