Career is the work which someone consistently does to provide his livehood, occupation, era and school. If it is taking a Professional responsibility for the sake of public, it is accepted as a career. And it is possible by education. Nowadays in public, both managers, economy and business enterprise graduates who find important position as civil servants also take important public responsibility. Ethic responbility follows public responsibility. I wish an independent career ethic course is taught at higher education institutions which gives education about these subjects. To determine this condition, a questionnaire was applied to concerned education institutions and results were evaluated.
