In housing sector the features of the process in which investment, production and consumption transform into effective demand and the characteristics of resource allocation process, all together form "the housing economy" What is important and distinguished in housing sector is that the measurement and the evaluation of revenue created. In this study, the distortion problem about the national income account and income distribution for this measurement problem will be analyzed.
