Mastocytosis is a group of diseases characterised by emission of mast cell mediators and increase of mast cells primarily in skin and other tissues. It is a rare disease encountered both in adults and children. Two cases of solitary mastocytoma are presented in this study. In addition to the typical clinical and histopathological findings, one of the cases shows bullous solitary mastocytosis without systemic involvement.
