Conservative management includes passive flexion and extension with stretching exercises, corticosteroid injections, and splinting. Surgical management includes A1 pulley release. Herein, we report a rare pediatric case of bilateral congenital trigger thumb which was diagnosed at a late stage and successfully treated with surgery.
