Designing and application of Satvavajaya Chikithsa module in Test Anxiety

The education system is creating a lot of stress over the students. Test anxiety is disturbing the physical and also mental health of the student. In the present study a Satvavajaya treatment module is designed and applied over the high school students suffering from test anxiety.
Objective of the study:1. To design a Satvavajaya treatment module for test anxiety. 2. To test the Reliability of the designed tool by evaluating it on students of high school.
Pilot Study: Samples: 22 samples diagnosed with Test Anxiety were selected randomly, and applied Satvavajaya Chikithsa as a group therapy in 4 sessions at an interval of 1 week each.
Assessment Criteria: Westside Test Anxiety Scale was applied before and after application of Satvavajaya Treatmet module.
Results: Designed Satvavajaya Chikithsa Treatment module was assessed by Paired t – test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Paired t – test was statistically significant for the questions 2,3 5,6, and 8 of Westside Test Anxiety Scale. Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was statistically significant for the questions 1, 4, 7, 9, and 10 of Westside Test Anxiety Scale.
