Breast cancer have tendecy to metastasize to many areas and is one of the most important causes of ocular metastasis. It constitutes 1% of malignant eyelid lesions.Patients with ocular metastasis can admitt to the physician with various complaints.In the literature, ocular metastasis has been reported 28 years after primary diagnosis.Here, we present a similar case of periocular metastasis mimicking the sarcoidosis clinic,that had been diagnosed and treated for breast cancer 20 years ago.
