Introduction: Various efforts have been made to be able to carry out the Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) . The Integrated Management of Childhood Illness activity is a health service effort aimed at reducing morbidity and mortality rates while at the same time improving the quality of health services in primary health outpatient units. Various IMCI supervision models have been tried globally, but it is still unclear which monitoring model is more suitable for IMCI. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of implementing SOP and IMCI monitoring tools on increasing neonatal visit services (KN) by village midwives in the area of Langsa City health center. This type of research is a quasi-experiment, with a nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. The sample in this study was the village midwife who worked in the area of Langsa City Health Center as many as 30 respondents. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. Bivariate analysis using paired t-tests and One-Way ANOVA. The results showed there were differences in the value of neonatal visit services between the SOP + Monitoring and control groups. There are differences in the value of neonatal visit services between the SOP and control groups.
