Objective: To study the relationship between work family conflicts and emotional exhaustions in health care professionals working with cancer patients.
Methodology: A correlational research design and purposive technique was used to collect data from 90 health care professionals from oncology wards of three different hospitals of Lahore. It included 44 male and 46 female with age range of 20-60 years. Demographic information sheet, work and family conflict scale, and Copenhagen Burnout Inventory was used as assessment measure.
