We report a case of complete endoscopic removal of a nasolabial cyst. A 46-year-old woman visited our hospital with right nasal congestion and runny nose. Non-enhanced paranasal sinus computed tomography showed a 2.0 cm sized low-density lesion in the right nasolabial fold, suggesting a nasolabial cyst. Endoscopic excision of the cyst was performed. A 12 months follow-up was uneventful.
