Aim: This study sought to examine the impact of the fear of Coronavirus (COVID-19) intern nursing students on antivaccination.
Method: The descriptive study was carried out with intern (senior) students in nursing department of a state university in the Marmara Region between April 2021 and May 2021. The sample of the study comprised 96 students who took part in the study voluntarily. The study collected the data using the “Student Description Form”, “Fear of Coronavirus (COVID-19) Scale” and the “Anti-vaccination Scale”.
Results: The mean total “Anti-vaccination Scale” score of the intern nursing students who took part in the study was 51.94±8.88 and the mean total “Fear of COVID-19 Scale” was 15.05±5.29. There was no significant correlation between the Anti-vaccination Scale and the Fear of COVID-19
