Abstract
Coronal fractures of the anterior teeth are a common form of dental trauma that mainly affects children and adolescents. This case report describes the treatment of complicated crown fracture with Cvek pulpotomy using MTA followed by fragment reattachment with careful follow-up. Reattachment of fractured tooth fragments offers a viable restorative option for the clinician because it restores tooth function and esthetics with the use of a very conservative and cost-effective approach. Long-term follow-up examinations of the presented case revealed that the treatment preserved pulpal vitality with continued root development and apex formation and clinical results have shown good aesthetic and functional results of fragment reattachment technique.
Key words: Complicated crown fracture, Cvek pulpotomy, MTA, fragment re-attachment
