Integration and use of information and communication technologies among dental students

Purpose: This study evaluated the integration and use of information and communication technologies (ICT) among dental students at Casablanca Hassan II University.Methods: A total of 586 dental students from the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth years were asked to complete a questionnaire over the academic year 2017-2018. The questionnaire consisted of 28 multiple-choice questions and 4 short answer questions. Results: 21% had access to computers at the university while 98% had access at home. The majority of students (97%) had access to the Internet and almost all dental students used it to study dentistry.
